Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE ENTRIES EARNED THROUGH THAT PURCHASE, AS DESCRIBED BELOW. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Organizer

This Golden Tickets Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized by LVL AGENCY LLC, operating the Vice City online store at vice-city.store ("Organizer", "we", "us"). Organizer can be reached at louis.dupla@icloud.com or at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States.

2. Eligibility

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 25, 2026 and closes on November 29, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Only orders placed within the Giveaway Period are eligible. Winners will be selected and announced on November 29, 2026.

4. Eligible Products

All products available on vice-city.store are eligible. Gift cards and discount codes are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise by Organizer.

5. How to Enter / Entry Calculation

No purchase is necessary to enter; entrants may request a no-purchase entry by emailing [PLACEHOLDER: no-purchase entry request address/method] during the Giveaway Period, one entry per request. For purchasers, each eligible item purchased during the Giveaway Period equals one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Entries are calculated using the total quantity of eligible items purchased, not the number of distinct products or orders (for example, purchasing 3 eligible T-shirts across 1 or several orders grants 3 entries). There is no limit on the number of entries a single customer may earn through purchases during the Giveaway Period, unless otherwise stated by Organizer.

6. Prizes

A total of 90 winners will be selected, across the following tiers:

• 5 Golden Ticket Winners — GTA VI Ultimate Edition + the complete collection of 15 T-shirts (approximate retail value: [PLACEHOLDER])
• 10 GTA VI Ultimate Edition Winners (approximate retail value: [PLACEHOLDER])
• 25 GTA VI Standard Edition Winners (approximate retail value: [PLACEHOLDER])

7. Winner Selection Process

Winners will be selected entirely at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period, after the Giveaway Period closes. Organizer's decision on winner selection is final.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on Vice City's official Instagram account and will also be notified individually by email, sent to the address used at checkout, within [PLACEHOLDER: number of days] of the winner selection date. If a winner does not respond within this period, Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries.

Orders that are refunded or cancelled during the Giveaway Period will not count toward entry totals.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway (such as name, email address, and shipping address) will be processed by Organizer solely to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, and deliver prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 12. Limitation of Liability

13. Applicable Law

These Official Giveaway Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise for entrants residing outside the United States. 14. Sponsor's Decisions Final
